  • Form I-140 (Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers) – Covers EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 visa categories.

  • Certain cases under:

    • Form I-765 (Work Authorization)

    • Form I-539 (Change/Extension of Nonimmigrant Status)

Fees for Premium Processing

As of now, the Premium Processing service costs $2,805, which is paid separately from any other application fees. USCIS will not accept combined payments for multiple forms—each fee must be submitted individually and correctly, or the entire submission may be rejected.

Here’s a basic step-by-step overview:
